I have shared most of what I feel truly needs sharing, time to go back to living like my "after picture" not my "before picture". Less writing, more doing.
I am going to spend a lot more time this year living my Primal North Rules for Food and Movement and a lot less time writing about it.

More of this? Yes please!!!

I gots some training to do! Tempted to try it KETO just to prove a point!!
One of things I plan to do? Tough Mudder this summer in Toronto.
Its a lofty goal as I am currenlty coming off pnuemonia and my physical ability is currently tanked but coming back. (thank you to Norm Robillard, a Primal North fan and PHd in gut microflora, and his brilliant work in Fast Tract Digestion I have now confirmed what causes my repeated pneomonia is GERD not the flu, and now know what must be done to avoid it, I have had pneumonia about 25 times in my life and I think I finally see a life without it).
Pretty sure last summer when I was fully zero carb and running my half marathon I could have done this event, so this summer I plan to give it a whirl. If I am doing keto at the time, then I will run the Mudder in full keto.
To keep the Facebook page active with my less than frequent posts going on, my long time Facebook friend and co-writer Elizabeth Leitch-Devlin (Pen name "De Paw" will be co-joining her brilliant blog www.mostlymeatiswhatIeat.blogspot.co.uk with my Primal North page, thus creating an official blog network for low carb, keto friendly approaches to Primal Living. Both blogs will "share" the Facebook page as a network hub for information and socialising.
Primal North has always been a karmic effort where I share with the world what works for me, including my approach to nutrition "knowledge", practical skepticism.

Glad to hear it man, just started reading about a month ago, but best of luck!
ReplyDeleteThanks Grant although now and then I will still stick an article up.
